Here is my friend na tumawag sa akin last week, asking if mayroon akong kilalang naghahanap ng bahay at lupa. Sabi ko wala akong kilalang mga taong naghahanap ng bahay but I try to post sa BLOG site ko, sa BLOGGER, sa MULTIPLY at kahit anong site na may BLOG ako to POST para if in case may magka interest. Pumunta ako sa kanila kahapon to check their house. When I was there, nagulat ako kung bakit nila binebenta yung bahay at lupa eh ang ganda ng bahay nila at ayos na ayos pa..Nanghihinayang ako kasi sabi nila, they are in need of money because of some important purposes. Uuwi na daw sila ng DAVAO kasi hinidi sila makahanap ng trabaho dito. It's their only option na lng, hinihintay na lng nilang mabenta para makabalik na doon. Naipundar yun nung nagbebeta nung nasa JAPAN pa siya. The house very organized na, maayos lahat kasi kakapagawa pa lang nila. So they asked for help sakin. Sana makatulong ako sa PAMILYA nila.

That's a great move! When you rent an apartment it's like your just giving away your money. I suggest you check some more online so you could have an idea of the deals available.
